Hartha Yoga
Join certified instructor Gina MacDonald-Page every Tuesday from 5:45–7:00 PM at Trinity Episcopal Church in Branford for a relaxing and rejuvenating Hatha Yoga class. This class offers a gentle balance of movement, breath, and mindfulness—perfect for all experience levels.
A $10 donation per session is suggested, with all proceeds benefiting The Community Dining Room. Come unwind, stretch, and support a great cause!
